Community Engagement
We believe that lasting change happens when the entire community gets involved. Through workshops, outreach events, and partnerships with local organizations, we build a supportive network that uplifts every individual we serve.
At Heart of Grace Support Services, we are dedicated to empowering youth, families, and justice-involved individuals through holistic care and compassion. Our programs provide mentoring, housing support, mental health coordination, and job-readiness training, all focused on creating pathways to healing and independence.
We partner with young people ages 12–21 to provide one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and community activities that build self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and encourage positive peer relationships.
For individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration, our reentry services offer guidance on housing, employment resources, and counseling support to reduce recidivism and promote long-term success.
Housing is a vital first step toward stability. We help clients find safe and affordable housing, coordinate move-in assistance, and connect them with ongoing support to ensure long-term stability.
Our team works with individuals to navigate mental and behavioral health systems. We coordinate care, provide referrals, and offer ongoing support to ensure each person receives the right help at the right time.
We prepare clients for meaningful employment through resume building, interview coaching, digital skills training, and employer partnerships. Our goal is to create lasting career opportunities for participants.

Every contribution helps us reach more families, connect them with essential services, and build a future filled with hope and stability. Help us transform lives, one person and one family at a time.
