Heart of Grace Support Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth, families, and justice-involved individuals build brighter futures through compassion, connection, and community support.
Heart of Grace Support Services (HGSS) was founded in Alexandria, Louisiana, to fill a critical gap in support for youth and families facing adversity. Guided by faith, empathy, and action, we exist to ensure that no one is left behind due to circumstances beyond their control.
From mentoring and reentry support to housing navigation and mental health coordination, every program we offer is designed to empower individuals to overcome barriers, achieve stability, and thrive with confidence and dignity.
Connecting at-risk youth with caring mentors who build confidence, life skills, and positive relationships.
Guiding youth and young adults as they reintegrate into the community with structure, trust, and opportunity.
Helping individuals and families find safe, stable housing and access essential resources.
Coordinating care with trusted providers so every participant receives the mental health support they deserve.
